Urban AcademyDigital Marketing · AIUrban Academy provides digital services: live online classes, recorded sessions, digital tools and learning resources. Because these are delivered online, access is fast and does not depend on courier timelines.
1. Access after payment
- After your payment is confirmed, you will receive your enrolment confirmation and app login instructions by SMS, email and/or WhatsApp.
- You can set up your login at app.urbanacademybd.com/access with the phone number or email you enrolled with.
- If you face any login issue, our support team will help you by phone, WhatsApp or email within 24 hours.
2. Class format
- All live classes run on Zoom, twice a week: Monday and Tuesday at 7:00 PM (Bangladesh time).
- Class recordings, notes and attachments are available in the Urban Academy app.
- Premium tools (Pro and Elite tiers) are shared during the program.
